Locally dehydrated organic sourdough starter (just organic flour and filtered water) rehydrates in 3 days or less. Simply follow our instructions and you can begin baking delicious, nourishing sourdough within a week!

Baking sourdough is an incredibly mindful activity that’s been connecting people for centuries. That’s what this community is all about.
