Returns & Exchanges
We want you to know that YOU matter. Quality customer service is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience or your purchase, you may return an item to us within 15 days of your delivery date for a full refund. Some final sale items may not be returnable.
Our return policy covers up to 14 days after your delivery date. If you decide that you do not like the product you ordered, it's not a problem! Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and let us know that you will be returning your item(s).
As long as your package is postmarked within 15 days after it was delivered to your shipping address, we will offer a full refund back to your original payment method. You are responsible for any shipping fees when returning item(s) that are not damaged or defective.
Holiday items cannot be returned after the holiday has passed.
We recommend that you contact us and inquire about the availability of the product you would like to exchange via email@example.com
As long as the item you want to exchange is the same price, an exchange can be made. If there is an additional cost we can invoice you for the difference. Because inventory changes quickly, we can't guarantee availability of desired exchange products.

We do our best to pack your items carefully but sometimes accidents happen during transit. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and send us photos of your broken item(s) along with your order number. This way we can verify the item and damage. We will re-send that item immediately. If the item is no longer in stock we will work our best to make sure you are taken care. Broken items do not need to be mailed back to us.
